All over the world, Teleperformance’s annual talent competition For Fun Festival (FFF) raises the bar for its participants by bringing in more fun, more prizes, and more excitement.
Every year, FFF becomes a worldwide stage that brings our people and their loved ones together in the spirit of fun and competition.
FFF recognizes and celebrates the unique, creative, and artistic talents of our employees worldwide. The festival is open to all active Teleperformance employees and everyone who want to share their passion for music, art, and dance.

Technology and fun truly came together to make the launch of the For Fun Festival 2022 unforgettable. Set in the metaverse, it became a unique global experience that allowed our 420,000-strong workforce to come together and have some fun despite the distance.
2022 also marked the first time that a major artist endorsed the For Fun Festival. The GRAMMY award-winning legend Norah Jones was our special musical guest in the Music category.
Other special guests were also invited to join the fun –  LeDania, a talented multimedia artist known for her vibrant graffiti murals; Masaka Kids and Fit Dance also showed their vibrant energy and passion for dance.
Showcasing talent and excitement after over 7 months of fun as always, FFF became the perfect avenue for our participants to express themselves through music, art, and dance.
